There are mountain routes you remember for their views. There are peaks you remember for the effort. And there are adventures after which you come back different — tired in the legs, but truly recharged inside.
That is exactly the experience waiting for us in Pirin.
We invite you to two unforgettable days among marble peaks, crystal lakes, rugged ridges, and endless panoramas. We'll leave the noise of everyday life far behind and head toward some of the most beautiful and powerful places in the mountains.
We'll stand on the iconic Sinanitsa, cross the wild world of the Spanopolski Chukari, touch the Donchovi Karauli, and spend the evening high in the mountains, at the Spano Pole shelter.
Here we won't be counting kilometers. We'll be collecting moments.
Day 1: Vihren Hut – Muratovo Lake – Banderishka Porta – Sinanishka Porta – Momin Vrah – Sinanitsa peak (2516 m) – Spano Pole shelter. We set off from Vihren Hut and follow a scenic path to Muratovo Lake, before the more serious climb toward Banderishka Porta, Sinanishka Porta, and Momin Vrah. Ahead of us rises the elegant, unmistakable Sinanitsa, with its characteristic marble silhouette — one of the most beloved and beautiful peaks in Pirin. After a well-earned rest at the summit, we continue with the long descent to the Spano Pole shelter, where dinner and an overnight stay high in the mountains await us. Elevation: +1140 m / -1100 m, 13 km, around 7–8 hours.
Day 2: Spano Pole shelter – Malak Spanopolski Chukar – Golyam Spanopolski Chukar – Donchovi Karauli – Banderishka Porta – Vihren Hut. We climb the Small and Big Spanopolski Chukar through increasingly wild Pirin ridge scenery, pass part of the impressive Donchovi Karauli, and head back toward Banderishka Porta. Weather permitting and with the group willing, we may add a climb of Muratov Peak. Elevation: +800 m / -850 m, 8 km, around 6–7 hours.
Price: 120 € per person.
Not included in the price: transport, overnight stay at the Spano Pole shelter, food, drinks and personal consumables, expenses of a personal nature.
Important: This adventure is designed for people who want a true high-mountain experience, not just a walk. The route is physically demanding and crosses high-mountain, rugged, and in places technical terrain. Good physical preparation, suitable mountain gear, and readiness for two full days in the high mountains are needed. The route and the climb of additional peaks may be changed according to weather conditions, terrain conditions, and the group's abilities, because safety always comes first.
Two days. One mountain adventure. Blue lakes and marble peaks, wild ridges and endless horizons — Sinanitsa, the Spanopolski Chukari, Spano Pole. Tiredness that's worth it, and views you won't forget. Pirin isn't just seen. Pirin is experienced.
